  • Q: Does Baked by Melissa franchise?
  • A: We are not yet franchising Baked by Melissa store locations. If you are interested in franchising Baked by Melissa, feel free to email franchise@bakedbymelissa.com. We will keep your contact information on file for future franchise opportunities.
  • Q: Does Baked by Melissa wholesale?
  • A: We don’t currently wholesale, but our cupcakes are discounted as you buy more! Wholesale interest inquiries can be emailed to info@bakedbymelissa.com. We will keep your contact information on file for future opportunities.
  • Q: Are there any new Baked by Melissa store locations opening soon?
  • A: We currently have 14 store locations in NY and NJ!

  • Q: Can Baked by Melissa sponsor my event?
  • A: Yes! Sponsorship inquiries can be emailed to info@bakedbymelissa.com. Include as much information as possible about the event and hosting organization. Our Donations Team will respond with some questions to get more information, and we will let you know as soon as possible if we are interested in participating. Keep in mind, sponsorship requests typically take 2-3 weeks to review.
  • Q: What does Baked by Melissa do with leftover Mini of the Month cupcakes at the end of each month?
  • A: Our Mini of the Month is baked and available from the first day of each month through the last day of the month. Anything leftover is donated to a New York City food bank!
  • Q: Can I set up a Corporate Account with Baked by Melissa?
  • A: Corporate Account inquiries can be emailed to info@bakedbymelissa.com. We will follow up with additional information!
  • Q: Can Baked by Melissa provide a Certificate of Insurance?
  • A: Yes! Upon special request, we can provide Certificates of Insurance for orders of 100+ cupcakes! If you need a Certificate of Insurance, email the information below to our Customer Happiness Team (212-842-0220) via orders@bakedbymelissa.com:
