Otherwise, walk-in orders can be placed on the spot at any of our store locations. We always have lots of cupcakes! Your cupcakes will be boxed for you as you wait.

  • Q: Do I need to bring any type of confirmation with me?
  • A: We don’t require any type of confirmation upon pick up. We just need the name the order was placed under for verification.
  • Q: Is it okay if someone else picks up my order for me?
  • A: Yes! When placing your order, specify the full name of the pick up recipient. If you already placed your order under your name, let the person picking up know to give your name instead of theirs. Just be sure to let your pick up recipient know what your order includes!
  • Q: Should I wait in line if I pre-ordered?
  • A: Nope! Since you’ve already ordered and paid, you can skip the line and go straight up to the front counter.
  • Q: Is it okay if I am running late?
  • A: No worries! Your order will be boxed and waiting for you under your name when you arrive.
