  • A: Delivery Orders must be placed before the start of the desired Delivery Window. However, we always do our best to accommodate last-minute orders.   • Q: How can I pay for my Delivery Order?
  • A: We accept credit card (Amex, Mastercard, Visa, Discover) for Delivery Orders placed over the phone with our Customer Happiness Team (212-842-0220) or on our website.

  • A: Delivery Orders can be placed over the phone with our Customer Happiness Team (212-842-0220) or on our website! Delivery Orders must be placed before the start of your desired Delivery Window.
  • Q: What is the Delivery Order minimum?
  • A: Our Delivery Order minimum is $35 worth of product.
  • Q: Is there a delivery fee?
  • A: Yes, our delivery fee is $10/location.
  • Q: When will my Delivery Order arrive?
  • A: When placing a Delivery Order, you will be prompted to choose a delivery date and Delivery Window in which your order will arrive. We deliver seven days a week every day of the week, even on National Holidays! Your order is guaranteed to arrive within the selected Delivery Window.

    Our Delivery Windows are 9am – 11am, 11am - 1pm, 1pm - 3pm, and 3pm - 5pm.
  • Q: Can I request a more specific delivery time?
  • A: We guarantee Delivery Orders arrive within the hours of the designated Delivery Window. We are happy to take requests for more specific delivery times, but we are not able to guarantee them. However, we always do our very best to accommodate requests!
  • Q: What if I am not available at my delivery time?
  • A: If our 1st Delivery Attempt is unsuccessful, our Customer Happiness Team (212-842-0220) will reach out to you to schedule a 2nd Delivery Attempt in a future Delivery Window. If you or your recipient prefers to pick up instead, we will be happy to accommodate the change.
  • Q: Can my doorman sign for my Delivery Order?
  • A: Yes, as long as your doorman accepts food items! Keep in mind that for times when a Delivery Order will or may be left with any third party recipient, we highly recommend ordering Packs or Gift Boxes, which both keep our cupcakes safe and fresh. Otherwise, we are not able to guarantee the order will reach you or your recipient in perfect condition.
