  • A: Mini of the Month Club Orders can be for 50 or 100 cupcakes.
    •Orders of 50 cupcakes include 25 Mini of the Month, and an assortment of 25 Original Flavors
    •Orders of 100 cupcakes include 50 Mini of the Month, and an assortment of 50 Original Flavors

  • A: Pricing is based on the quantity of cupcakes ordered across all months in addition to the shipping cost for each month.
  • Q: How far in advance do I need to place my Mini of the Month Club Order?
  • A: Mini of the Month Club Orders must be placed by the last day of the month before you would like your subscription to begin.
  • Q: How can I receive my Mini of the Month Club Orders?
  • A: All Mini of the Month Club Orders are shipped through FedEx.
  • Q: When are Mini of the Month Club Orders delivered?
  • A: Mini of the Month Club Orders are delivered the first week of each month for the duration of the subscription.
  • Q: Can I choose the starting month for my membership?
  • A: If you place your order over the phone with our Customer Happiness Team (212-842-0220), you can choose a starting month up to 2 months away!
  • Q: Can I choose arrival dates for my monthly orders?
  • A: It is not possible to choose arrival dates. Mini of the Month Orders are delivered the first week of each month for the duration of the membership.
  • Q: What is the Mini of the Month Club Membership Card?
  • A: The Mini of the Month Club Membership Card will be mailed to you or your recipient after your order is placed. The Membership Card explains how Mini of the Month Club works, and gives your recipient an exciting heads up to start expecting cupcakes!
  • Q: Can I include a Gift Message with a Mini of the Month Club Order?
  • A: Yes! Gift Messages can only be included with Membership Cards.
  • Q: What if I won't be home when my monthly orders arrives?
  • A: No worries! FedEx does not require a signature for our packages, which means that your order will be left at the arrival destination as long as the FedEx delivery person feels comfortable doing so. If the 1st Attempt is unsuccessful, a 2nd Attempt will be made as soon as FedEx can accommodate it, usually on the following business day.
  • Q: What if I move within the duration of my membership?
  • A: That's ok! We can update your address for the remaining duration of your membership. Give our Customer Happiness Team a call (212-842-0220) to make a change like this!
  • Q: How can I renew my membership?
  • A: You can renew your membership through our Customer Happiness Team (212-842-0220).
  • Q: Can I make changes to my Mini of the Month Club Order?
