S'mores Fudge

S'mores Fudge Recipe

This S’mores fudge is so delicious and SO easy to make. This is the perfect recipe if you are new to baking and want to test the waters because it’s almost impossible to mess it up! Fudge is such a cozy dessert and it’s something I love to make during the holiday season. It really has the power to put you in a festive mood.

Ingredients for S'mores Fudge

  • 12 oz bag of Mini Marshmallows 
  • 12 oz bag of Dark Chocolate Chips
  • ½ cup of Creamy Peanut Butter (I used organic!) 
  • 1 sleeve of Graham Crackers 
  • ½ cup of Sprinkles
  • 1 teaspoon Salt

How to Make Your S'mores Fudge

  1. Melt down chocolate chips using a double boiler, which is a heat-safe bowl over boiling water. 
  2. Once the chocolate is melted, add in the peanut butter and mix. 
  3. Chop the graham crackers into small pieces and pour them into a separate bowl. 
  4. Add the bag of mini marshmallows into the bowl with the graham crackers. 
  5. Pour the chocolate- peanut butter mixture into the bowl with the marshmallows and graham crackers. 
  6. Stir the mixture to make sure the marshmallows and graham crackers are fully coated. 
  7. Pour into a pan and top with sprinkles and salt. Let the fudge fully cool & then enjoy!
