Confetti Rice Krispies Treats

Confetti Rice Krispies Treats Recipe

Adding rainbow sprinkles to recipes makes everything taste better. It’s a proven fact! This dessert is easy enough for the kids to help make and they will enjoy the finished product too! I love creating recipes that involve classic treats and adding my special touch to take them to the next level!

Ingredients for Confetti Rice Krispies Treats

  • 1 cup Dark Chocolate Chips
  • 1 box of Rice Krispies
  • 1 bag of Marshmallows
  • 1 stick of Brown Butter
  • 2 tablespoons of Salt 
  • 1 tablespoon of Vanilla Extract
  • 1 cup Rainbow Sprinkles (or as much as you’d like!)

How to Make Your Confetti Rice Krispies Treats

  1. Melt down dark chocolate in a heat-safe bowl over boiling water, you are going to top your Rice Krispies with this!
  2. Melt brown butter in a pot.
  3. Add in marshmallows and stir until half melted.
  4. Mix in vanilla extract and add Rice Krispies. Remove from heat & stir.
  5. Add in sprinkles and pour into a pan.
  6. Top with more sprinkles all over and then dark chocolate layer & MORE sprinkles! (If you want!)
  7. Let the Rice Krispies treats cool completely.
  8. Cut into cubes and serve!
