Ingredients for Pumpkin Mug Cake

  • 1/4 cup pumpkin pie filling
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon pumpkin spice
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder

Ingredients for Pumpkin Pie Whipped Cream

  • 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 teaspoon pumpkin spice
  • 1 teaspoon brown sugar

How to Make Your Pumpkin Mug Cake

  1. Mix together the pumpkin filling, vanilla, salt, sugar, and egg in a coffee mug. 
  2. Add the vegetable oil, pumpkin spice, and milk. Stir until combined. 
  3. Add the flour and baking powder and stir until smooth.
  4. Microwave for 1 minute.
  5. Let cool. In the meantime, make the whipped cream by mixing all of the ingredients in a bowl and whipping for 3-5 minutes until medium peaks begin to form.
  6. Top the cake with whipped cream and sprinkle with pumpkin spice. Enjoy!
