Pumpkin Spice Snickerdoodle Recipe
I love cookies that are soft and chewy and this recipe is no exception. The spices work so well together and as a bonus will make your house smell amazing. The pumpkin provides a subtle flavor that isn’t overpowering. This recipe is the perfect way to get into the spirit of the season.
What You’ll Need for Pumpkin Spice Snickerdoodles
- 1 cup of unsalted butter
- 2 eggs
- 1 1/2 cups of sugar
- 1 ½ teaspoon cream of tartar
- ½ teaspoon of baking soda
- 2 ¾ cup flour
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- ¼ cup of granulated sugar
- 2 tablespoons of pumpkin spice
- ½ teaspoon of cinnamon
How to Make Your Snickerdoodles
- Add in 1 1/2 cups of sugar and butter in a mixing bowl.
- Whip until fluffy, add eggs and then add cream of tartar, baking soda and salt. Mix together sugar, pumpkin spice and cinnamon.
- Roll dough into 1 inch balls and roll in cinnamon sugar and pumpkin spice mixture.
- Bake at 350 for 9 min.
