My love language has always been creating, and Valentine’s Day is all about sending and giving love in the ways that only you can give. This year more than ever, we need to show up for our communities and send tokens of our love to those who need us.

The Creation Process:

When it comes to Valentine’s Day, we go big on rich and decadent flavors. To me, there’s nothing that represents Valentine’s Day more than a box of chocolates. I’m that crazy person who will take a bite out of each of the chocolates in the box until I find my favorites, like rich, melt-in-your-mouth dark chocolate ganache, creamy milk chocolate and fruity strawberry. Valentine’s Day is one of our biggest holidays and we take it very seriously here at Baked by Melissa, starting the brainstorming process months in advance. This process also includes all kinds of product development, from flavor concepting to designing our unique gift boxes.

About the Assortment:
