How do you ship your cupcakes?

Our cupcakes ship via FedEx/CDL Last Mile. We package all our treats in signature clamshells, which keep each individual cupcake safe, padded by styrofoam lining and frozen gel packs. All packages are guaranteed fresh for up to 4 days after they leave our bakery.

Can I place my order now to arrive at a later date?

Yes! To schedule your cupcake arrival date, choose “Select a Future Arrival Date” at checkout. Since high volumes of packages and unforeseen shipping delays can occur, we recommend scheduling your arrival date 1-2 days before you want your cupcakes to arrive.

Do you offer any holiday gluten-free or vegan options?

Yes! We have limited-edition, gluten-free holiday flavors and a bestselling vegan assortment.

How many cupcakes should I buy?

If you’re gifting, we recommend the following:

25-Packs: 1-2 people
50-Packs: 4-8 people
100-Packs: 8-12 people

For holiday events, here’s our recommended serving size:

4-5 cupcakes per person, if it’s the only dessert offered
1-2 cupcakes per person, if other desserts are available
1-3 cupcakes for little ones

How can I track my order?

Can I send Baked by Melissa to multiple addresses?

Yes! For up to 15 gifts, you can select the “Checkout with Multiple Addresses” option once you’ve filled your cart. Have questions? We have answers!

When do I need to order to get cupcakes in time for Christmas?

We recommend ordering as soon as possible since FedEx and CDL Last Mile get very busy during the holidays! Last call for nationwide standard shipping is 12/20 at 2 p.m. If you’re in Manhattan, you can order via local delivery up until Christmas Eve.
