"I had ordered cupcakes for my daughter's birthday who is away at school. Sadly, even though they were delivered on time, the mail room never got them to her. When I contacted Baked by Melissa to find out what the shipping packaging looked like to help my daughter track them down, they graciously offered to resend them at no cost to me. The loss was not their issue, but they sent her new ones anyway. She received them yesterday and thoroughly enjoyed them! With customer service being almost non-existent today, Baked by Melissa was AWESOME! I would definitely recommend them based on their customer service alone. Cupcakes are yummy too!"

"Today is my son's 10th birthday so I bought these for his class to share. We bought the OG box of 50. We had 4 extra that were taste tested by me, my husband and my youngest. So good! My son's teacher emailed me to let me know they were a HUGE hit, delicious and not messy (key for the classroom!). By far the best I've ever had and worth every cent!"
