2 cups Brussels sprouts

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1/4 teaspoon black pepper

1/2 teaspoon salt

2 tablespoons flour
Directions
- Remove any loose leaves from the Brussels sprouts and trim the ends off. Cut in half lengthwise.
- Add them to a large bowl with olive oil, garlic powder, pepper, and salt. Stir well to combine.
- Add the flour and mix so everything is evenly coated.
- Place the Brussels sprouts directly on a baking sheet. Bake at 375°F for 45 minutes, until the Brussels sprouts are golden brown and crispy. Let cool slightly and serve with your favorite dipping sauce or use them to top a salad.
