2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice

1 teaspoon chopped fresh chives

1 teaspoon chopped fresh dill

1 Persian cucumber

1 slice sourdough bread, toasted
Directions
- While the bread toasts, mash the avocado on plate with salt, garlic powder, black pepper, and lemon juice. Stir in the chives and dill.
- Thinly slice the cucumber on a bias.
- Spread an even layer of the avocado mash on your toast and top with a thin layer of cucumbers.
- Season the cucumber with salt and pepper.
