Swap out regular ranch for this ultra-creamy dip filled with fresh herbs and protein.

Ranch Dip Recipe

I’ve been on a cottage cheese kick lately. I love the taste, the texture, and the versatility—I could just as easily eat it for breakfast as I could on toast with fresh tomatoes. It makes for such an easy, light meal that fills me up, and since I always have a big container of it in my house, I decided to test out how else this magic dairy product could be used. I’ve already whipped it into a luscious roasted garlic dip and thought, why not try ranch, too? The results were so delicious that I’ve kept a jar of it in my fridge ever since. You should, too!

Ingredients for Ranch Dip

  • 1 container whole milk cottage cheese
  • 1/4 cup fresh dill
  • 1/4 cup fresh chives
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 lemon, juiced
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

How to Make Ranch Dip

  1. Combine all of the ingredients in a food processor. Pulse all of the ingredients together until smooth.
