Three-Ingredient Crunch Bar

Sweet Recipes
I have something sweet after dinner every night. Even if it’s just a handful of chocolate chips, I crave something sweet to finish the meal. This chocolate bark is the best of both worlds—it’s sweet and chocolatey with saltiness and crunch, perfect for satisfying any late-night cravings. You do need to let it cool for a bit so the chocolate solidifies, but it’s totally worth it. Better yet? Make it during the weekend to enjoy all week long.

Ingredients
- One - 11.5 oz. bag chocolate chips
- 4 cups crunchy tortilla chips, about 1 cup crushed (I love Zack's Mighty)
- 3 cups cornflakes
- Flaky sea salt, to garnish
Directions
Line a 9x9 baking dish with parchment paper.
- Heat chocolate in a double boiler until melted. (If using Hu gems, just microwave!)
- Crush the tortilla chips and cornflakes and add to a large mixing bowl.
- Pour the melted chocolate over the chips and cornflakes. Mix until they are thoroughly coated with chocolate.
- Transfer the mixture into the prepared pan and sprinkle with sea salt.
- Refrigerate for about an hour, until set.
