Sweet Recipes

I have something sweet after dinner every night. Even if it’s just a handful of chocolate chips, I crave something sweet to finish the meal. This chocolate bark is the best of both worlds—it’s sweet and chocolatey with saltiness and crunch, perfect for satisfying any late-night cravings. You do need to let it cool for a bit so the chocolate solidifies, but it’s totally worth it. Better yet? Make it during the weekend to enjoy all week long.

Three-Ingredient Crunch Bar

Ingredients

  • One - 11.5 oz. bag chocolate chips
  • 4 cups crunchy tortilla chips, about 1 cup crushed (I love Zack's Mighty)
  • 3 cups cornflakes
  • Flaky sea salt, to garnish

Directions

  1. Line a 9x9 baking dish with parchment paper.

  2. Heat chocolate in a double boiler until melted. (If using Hu gems, just microwave!)
  3. Crush the tortilla chips and cornflakes and add to a large mixing bowl.
  4. Pour the melted chocolate over the chips and cornflakes. Mix until they are thoroughly coated with chocolate.
  5. Transfer the mixture into the prepared pan and sprinkle with sea salt.
  6. Refrigerate for about an hour, until set.
