Green Goddess Salad Recipe

I made this Green Goddess Salad last summer for my girlfriends and it knocked us all off our feet. It is a vegan pesto dressing with all the green veggies you have on hand. Feel free to improvise anywhere you see fit! Nuts, greens and oil in the dressing can be subbed out for other varieties you have on hand, and you can do that for the veggies in the salad as well. Go wild!

This salad stays delicious in the refrigerator for up to a week! It tastes great alone, but my favorite is to eat it with chips like salsa. You can also use it on sandwiches or tacos.

Ingredients for Cinnamon Toast Crunch Treats:

  • 1 stick of butter
  • 1 bag of jumbo marshmallows
  • 1 box Cinnamon Toast Crunch (Family Size)
  • 1/2 bag of melted white chocolate chips
  • Cinnamon Sugar mix (1/4 cup)
  • 1 pinch of salt

How to Make Cinnamon Toast Crunch Treats:

  1. Melt your stick of butter in a large pot.
  2. Pour in the bag of marshmallows and melt them 3/4 of the way. (Melty but not too melty!)
  3. Turn off your stove, pour in the box of Cinnamon Toast Crunch and mix.
  4. Pour your mixture into a pan and let it cool.
  5. While cooling, melt your white chocolate chips and drizzle over the mixture.
  6. Mix equal parts cinnamon, sugar, and a pinch of salt. Sprinkle over the white chocolate.
  7. Cool & serve!
