Full disclosure, I never made avocado brownies before this, but I am so glad I did. These brownies are vegan, gluten-free, nut-free and dairy-free–they are also INCREDIBLE. And the good news is that your kids will never know there’s an avocado inside. You can thank me later.

Ingredients
- 1 Avocado
- 3/4 cup of Maple Syrup
- 1/2 cup of Tahini
- 1/4 cup + 2 tablespoons of Cocoa Powder
- 1 teaspoon of Vanilla Extract
- 1/2 teaspoon of Salt
- 1/2 cup of Oat Milk
- 1/2 cup of Oats
- 1 teaspoon of Baking Soda
- 1/2 teaspoon of Baking Powder
- 1/2 cup of Chocolate Chips
Directions
Preheat your oven to 350ºF.
- Cut your avocado in half, remove the pit and scoop the avocado into the blender.
- Add in the maple syrup and tahini.
- Pour in the cocoa powder, vanilla extract, salt, oat milk, oats, baking soda, and baking powder. Mix on high until it is fully combined.
- Mix in chocolate chips using a spoon and pour into a round If You Care Pan. Top with additional chocolate chips to make it Instagram-worthy!
- Place it in the oven and bake for 30 minutes.
- Let it cool & serve!
