I’m definitely more of a vegetable girl than fruit. Today I’m not feeling my best, so I decided to use up some of the frozen blueberries I had in my freezer to blend up a quick smoothie between calls. I added a heaping spoonful of tahini for extra creaminess and it turned out SO well that I stopped everything to share immediately. It’s not super sweet, and adding cinnamon and salt made all the other flavors shine. With any luck, I’ll feel better in no time.
Looking for an extra jolt of energy instead? Try my cold brew tahini smoothie.

- 1 cup frozen wild blueberries
- 1 1/2 tablespoons tahini
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon honey
- Pinch of salt
