When I think of a green goddess, I think of as many fresh herbs as possible, like leafy basil and aromatic parsley, transformed into a creamy, irresistible combination. You all know that I love a green goddess salad, but trust me—this dip will gofast. Make it for a holiday celebration or just a weekday snack.

Ingredients
- 3 oz. fresh basil
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley
- 3 garlic cloves
- Juice of 1/2 lemon
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 - 16 oz. container cottage cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Directions
Add the basil, parsley, garlic cloves, and lemon juice to the bowl of a food processor and pulse until somewhat smooth (like a coarse pesto).
- Stream in the olive oil while the processor runs until combined.
- Add the cottage cheese to the food processor and pulse again until smooth and fully combined.
- Season with salt and pepper, and adjust seasonings as necessary. Serve with chips or crudité.
