One of my favorite flavor combinations is peanut butter and banana. Something about them together is just *chef’s kiss*. This dessert is a crowd favorite, even my kids love it (And ask for more!). Let this be your new go-to banana bread recipe and thank me later!

Ingredients
- 3 bananas
- 1 ½ teaspoons vanilla extract
- 3 eggs
- 1/3 cup maple syrup
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup peanut butter (or any nut butter)
- 5 brazil nuts (optional)
- 1/3 cup tahini paste
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 cup oats
- 1 cup chocolate chips
Directions
Add the bananas, vanilla, eggs, maple syrup, salt, peanut butter, Brazil nuts, tahini paste, baking powder, baking soda, and oats to a blender.
- Blend on high until smooth.
- Fold in 1/2 cup chocolate chips and pour into an If You Care Pan evenly. Top with an additional 1/2 cup of chocolate chips.
- Bake at 350ºF for 35-40 minutes.
- You can serve this banana bread warm or at room temp! *If baking in a toaster oven cut bake time by 10 min or watch closely and remove cake when top is golden brown and cake is fully cooked.
- Enjoy!
