I love cookies that are soft and chewy and this recipe is no exception. The spices work so well together and as a bonus will make your house smell amazing. The pumpkin provides a subtle flavor that isn’t overpowering. This recipe is the perfect way to get into the spirit of the season.

Cook Mode

Ingredients

1 cup of unsalted butter
2 eggs
1 1/2 cups of sugar
1 ½ teaspoon cream of tartar
½ teaspoon of baking soda
2 ¾ cup flour
1 teaspoon of salt
¼ cup of granulated sugar
2 tablespoons of pumpkin spice
½ teaspoon of cinnamon

Directions

Add in 1 1/2 cups of sugar and butter in a mixing bowl.
Whip until fluffy, add eggs and then add cream of tartar, baking soda and salt. Mix together sugar, pumpkin spice and cinnamon.
Roll dough into 1 inch balls and roll in cinnamon sugar and pumpkin spice mixture.
Bake at 350 for 9 min.
