Three-Ingredient Melted Beef

Directions

1. Preheat the oven to 250°F. Season the short ribs with salt and pepper on all sides. Heat a large Dutch oven over medium-high heat and add the avocado oil. Add the short ribs and sear for 3 minutes on each side so a crust forms.

2. Add the vegetable broth until the short ribs are mostly covered. Bring the broth to a boil.

3. Stir in the French onion dip mix, then lower the heat to a simmer. Cover the pot and lower the heat.

4. Bake for 3-4 hours, until the meat is tender and falls apart easily with a fork. Serve with potatoes, a salad, or with pita.
