Can I customize my gifts with a logo?
Yes, we offer logo customization on cards, pack sleeves, gift box sleeves, and ribbons to make your gifts feel personal and on-brand. Standard lead time is two weeks, but rush options may be available for an added fee. Do you offer corporate discounts?
Yes! Orders over $1,000 receive 15% off (excluding shipping). When you order through our concierge service, we offer additional tiered discounts—the more you spend, the more you save.
How do you handle shipping?
We ship nationwide within the 50 U.S. states! Please note we’re unable to deliver to PO Boxes, Canada, Puerto Rico, or other international addresses. Orders ship with 2-day transit (expedited available) for delivery Wednesday–Friday. To keep your sweets fresh, we use ice packs, insulated packaging, and our signature pink box to ensure safe arrival.
