Director, Brand Marketing

The Director, Brand Marketing, will lead our brand strategy and marketing efforts. As a strategic leader, they will be responsible for developing and executing innovative brand campaigns, enhancing brand equity, and driving consumer engagement across all channels. The Director, Brand Marketing will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency, market differentiation, and the achievement of business objectives.

Digital Designer

The Digital Designer is responsible for supporting the design needs of Baked by Melissa, including the creation of newsletters, digital ads, web pages, interactive posts, and editing videos/gifs. This role requires a high sense of urgency to meet deadlines while demonstrating attention to detail. The Digital Designer works closely with the Digital Marketing team as well as other departments such as E-Commerce, PR, and Product Development teams to deliver an exceptional brand experience for our customers across all touchpoints.

Business Development Associate

As a Business Development Associate, you will be responsible for driving incremental revenue through new and existing business channels, such as licensing, partnerships, B2B, wholesale, and more. Reporting to the Director of Business Development, this role is an exciting opportunity for a motivated, high-potential individual to play a key role in the growth of the Baked by Melissa brand into new verticals.

Seasonal Customer Happiness Associate

The Seasonal Customer Happiness Associate is responsible for being the face and personality of Baked by Melissa for all of our customers. This role works with a team of passionate and friendly individuals to ensure that our customers are happy and satisfied with their experience at Baked by Melissa. This includes answering common questions, creating, or editing orders, building customer relationships, and finding solutions to problems when they occur.

What You’ll Do

• Seek to make every customer's experience with our Customer Happiness team one that is positive, special, and memorable.
• Manage a high volume of incoming customer phone calls in a friendly, knowledgeable manner.
• Answer customer emails in a timely and friendly manner.
• Connect with customers in real-time on LiveChat by answering their questions with kindness and professionalism.
• Knowledgeable about the products, promotions, and other offerings of Baked by Melissa.
• Place orders for customers over the phone (In-Store Pick Up, Manhattan Delivery, and Nationwide Shipping).
• Coordinate with our Store, Delivery, and Shipping teams to facilitate successful fulfillment of all customer orders (whether placed online or over the phone).

Qualifications

• 2+ years’ experience in customer service.
• 1+ years’ experience in a call center.
• Magento experience preferred.
• Intermediate skills in Google App suite programs.

• Stable internet connection with an internet speed of 25mbps or higher required (you can test this by going to www.speedtest.net)
