Do you offer a volume/bulk discount?

Yes! When you order through our concierge service, we offer additional tiered discounts—the more you spend, the more you save. Discounts start at just 25 gifts.

Can I customize my gifts with a logo?

Yes, we offer logo customization on cards, pack sleeves, gift box sleeves, and ribbons to make your gifts feel personal and on-brand. Standard lead time is two weeks, but rush options may be available for an added fee. To get started, fill out our corporate gifting form here and share your ideas in the “Tell us about your needs” section. We’ll be in touch!

How do you handle shipping?

We ship nationwide within the 50 U.S. states! Please note we’re unable to deliver to PO Boxes, Canada, Puerto Rico, Guam, or other international addresses. Orders ship with 2-day transit (expedited available) for delivery Monday - Saturday. To keep your sweets fresh, we use ice packs, insulated packaging, and our signature pink box to ensure safe arrival.

Can I add a gift message?

Yes! When filling out the form, you have the option to add a personalized gift message for each recipient (300 characters max). Want to add your logo to the card? Get in touch with one of our team members.
