  • What is the Sweet Rewards Program?

    The Sweet Rewards Program (the “Sweet Rewards Program” or the “Program” and the rules set forth herein and in the Sweet Rewards Terms and Conditions, the “Program Rules”) is our free rewards program that lets you earn Sweet Rewards points (“Points”) on all your product purchases at www.bakedbymelissa.com or by phone with our Customer Happiness team and redeem Points for rewards ("Sweet Rewards").

  • How do I earn Sweet Rewards Points?

    For every U.S. dollar you spend on Baked by Melissa products online at www.bakedbymelissa.com, you receive 1 Point with Taste Tester status, 1.5 Points with Cupcake Pro status, or 2 Points with Superstar status when you check out with the email address that is registered to your Sweet Rewards account (“Sweet Rewards Account”). The Points will be applied to your Sweet Rewards Account upon purchase. We also offer Points for the following events:

    • 100 Points on your birthday if you have your birthday saved to your Sweet Rewards Account
    • 100 Points when you move from Taste Tester to Cupcake Pro status
    • 200 Points when you move from Cupcake Pro to Superstar status.
    • 10 Points when you click to follow @bakedbymelissa on Instagram when you’re signed into your Sweet Rewards Account
    • 10 Points when you sign up for the newsletter with the email address that is registered to your Sweet Rewards Account
    • 25 Points when you refer a friend and they spend $35 or more on product in one transaction
    • We also offer bonus Points events from time to time

  • How do I achieve Cupcake Pro Status

    To achieve Cupcake Pro status, spend $50 in a calendar year on Baked by Melissa product purchased online at bakedbymelissa.com. Visit the Sweet Rewards Terms and Conditions page to view full Program Rules.

  • How do I achieve Superstar Status?

    To achieve Superstar status, spend $300 in a calendar year on Baked by Melissa product purchased online at bakedbymelissa.com. Visit the Sweet Rewards Terms and Conditions page to view full Program Rules.

  • Where can I go to find all of my Sweet Rewards Account information?

    Your Sweet Rewards page is your destination for everything Sweet Rewards related. You can view your year-to-date activity and your current Points balance, redeem Points for Rewards and learn about your Sweet Rewards benefits. To access this page, simply log in to your bakedbymelissa.com account and navigate to “Loyalty Points”, or, go directly to www.bakedbymelissa.com/sweet-rewards.

  • What types of product count for collecting Sweet Rewards Points?

    The value of "product" for purposes of collecting Points includes all products sold on www.bakedbymelissa.com (only if you use your registered Sweet Rewards email address for your order), but does not include corporate group gifting, taxes and/or shipping or delivery fees. However, if a Sweet Reward applies to any of these non-product categories, the Sweet Reward rules will apply. Customers will not earn Points if they make a payment using an e-gift card. The corresponding amount will not be rewarded if the customer uses an e-gift card for a part of their order. Visit the Sweet Rewards Terms and Conditions page to view full Program Rules.

  • Can I earn Sweet Rewards Points by calling Baked by Melissa’s Customer Happiness Team?

    Yes! When placing an order with our Customer Happiness team be sure to let our Customer Happiness Team know that you have a Sweet Rewards Account.

  • Can I earn Sweet Rewards Points through your Corporate Business & B2B Team?

    No, at this time corporate orders, group gifting, and event orders are not eligible for the Sweet Rewards Program. Sweet Rewards is for individual personal consumer use only and may not be utilized by, or on the behalf of, businesses, commercial enterprises and third parties, including group purchases. Sweet Rewards may not be used by Baked by Melissa Business Gifting Services customers and other corporate accounts, nor for the purpose of resale, profit, business or commercial purposes. You may not transfer or assign your membership in the Program, or the Sweet Rewards benefits.

  • What happens to my Points when I cancel an order?

    When an order that was purchased using your Sweet Rewards Account is canceled, the Points earned from that purchase will be removed from your Sweet Rewards Account and your method of payment will be refunded. It is possible your Sweet Rewards Account could have a negative balance after an order is cancelled. Sweet Rewards Account orders may not be cancelled after shipment.

  • What happens to my Points when I return items?

    We do not offer returns at this time.

  • Can I transfer points from one account to another?

    No, we are unable to transfer points between accounts. Points can only be redeemed in the account associated with your historical purchases.

  • What are Sweet Rewards?

    Sweet Rewards are discounts or products that can be redeemed in exchange for the corresponding number of accrued Points from your Sweet Rewards Account. Sweet Rewards are non-transferable, have no cash value (unless required by law) and cannot be exchanged, sold or returned. Baked by Melissa is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged rewards. Baked by Melissa is not responsible for any taxes incurred by clients or guests. Some Sweet Rewards may only be available for a limited time. Employees are eligible to redeem Sweet Rewards. Sweet Rewards are subject to change, alteration, substitution, or termination by Baked by Melissa in its sole discretion at any time.   • How do I redeem Rewards?

    Once you have logged into your online Sweet Rewards Account, you will be able to redeem a Sweet Reward by visiting bakedbymelissa.com/sweet-rewards and select the Sweet Reward to redeem. Certain Sweet Rewards are only available for select loyalty statuses. For example, the FREE 50-Pack Gift Box is only available for Cupcake Pro and Superstar statuses.

  • What Sweet Rewards are Available?

    • 10% off $30 or More - available for Taste Tester, Cupcake Pro, and Superstar tiers. Takes 10% off the product value of your order. Select products are not eligible for further discounts (subscriptions, group orders, e-gift cards).

    • FREE Gift Box Upgrade for 25-Pack - available for Cupcake Pro and Superstar tiers. Takes $7 off the product value of your order when you include a Gift Box that includes 25 treats. Eligible products include gift box add-ons, and configurable gift boxes for 25 treats.

    • 15% off $30 or More - available for Taste Tester, Cupcake Pro, and Superstar tiers. Takes 15% off the product value of your order. Select products are not eligible for further discounts (subscriptions, group orders, e-gift cards).

    • FREE Gift Box Upgrade for 50-Pack - available for Cupcake Pro and Superstar tiers. Takes $10 off the product value of your order when you include a Gift Box that includes 50 treats. Eligible products include gift box add-ons, and configurable gift boxes for 50 treats.

    • FREE T-Shirt - available for Cupcake Pro and Superstar tiers. Takes $35 off the product value of your order when you include a Baked by Melissa T-Shirt. The Baked by Melissa T-Shirt is the only product eligible for this promotion at this time.

    • FREE Cupcake 25-Pack - available for Superstar tier only. Takes $32 off the product value of your order when you include select preconfigured cupcake assortments. Eligible assortments include Latest & Greatest, Original Greats, Party Safe Original Greats, Chocolate Lovers, Mini of the Month Cupcakes, Cookie Lover Cupcakes, Red Velvet Cupcakes, Tie-Dye Cupcakes, OMGF Gluten Free Cupcakes, VEGAN Cupcakes.   • Can I return Sweet Rewards?

    Unfortunately, Sweet Rewards may not be returned or exchanged for Points or cash, for another product, or e-gift cards.

  • Will I earn Points when redeeming my Sweet Rewards?

    You will earn Points on the dollars you spend on product for each purchase. If you redeem a Sweet Reward that does not require you spend dollars then you will not earn Points on that transaction.

  • Are there any limitations to the number of Sweet Rewards that I can redeem?

    You can only redeem one unit of any particular Sweet Reward in a given redemption transaction. In addition, due to inventory limitations, there may be promotions and redemptions options offered where you are not able to redeem more than one (1) of the same type of non-perishable Sweet Reward SKU per year.

  • Can I use my Sweet Rewards in conjunction with promotional discounts?

    A Sweet Reward cannot be used in conjunction with any promotional discounts.

  • How can I redeem my Birthday Gift?

    All Sweet Rewards members (“Sweet Rewards Members”) will receive 100 Points on their birthday if they have a birthday associated with their Sweet Rewards Account. This 100 Points can be used for any Sweet Rewards available for your current Sweet Rewards status. No purchase is necessary to earn birthday Points. Sweet Rewards members who enter their birthday within 1 day of the current date may receive a reward 30 to 365 days from when they entered their birthday. This offer is subject to change, alteration, or termination by Baked by Melissa at its sole discretion at any time.

  • Do Points expire?

    We encourage you to redeem your Points often, so that you get to experience the full benefits of the Sweet Rewards Program including product, gifts, and free standard shipping. While your Points will not expire, your Sweet Rewards tier status may. You must spend the minimum amount each calendar year for a tier to remain in that tier and be eligible for the Sweet Rewards offered.   • What is the Baked by Melissa Sweet Referral Program?

    Baked by Melissa offers Sweet Rewards Members the ability to earn Points in their Sweet Rewards Account when they invite friends to place an order with a product value of $30 or more. Sweet Rewards Members can send an invite via email, Facebook share, Tweet, or SMS message from bakedbymelissa.com/sweet-rewards, and the invite recipient clicks on the link included in their invite and makes a qualifying purchase with a product value of $30 or more. Once the friend places the order for a product value of $30 or more, the Sweet Rewards Member will receive a confirmation email and Points will be automatically added to their Sweet Rewards Account.
