Green Goddess Dip Recipe

When I think of a green goddess, I think of as many fresh herbs as possible, like leafy basil and aromatic parsley, transformed into a creamy, irresistible combination. You all know that I love a green goddess salad, but trust me—this dip will go fast. Make it for a holiday celebration or just a weekday snack. 

Ingredients for Green Goddess Dip

  • 3 oz. fresh basil

  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley

  • 3 garlic cloves

  • Juice of 1/2 lemon

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

  • 1 - 16 oz. container cottage cheese

  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

How to Make Green Goddess Dip

  1. Add the basil, parsley, garlic cloves, and lemon juice to the bowl of a food processor and pulse until somewhat smooth (like a coarse pesto). 
  2. Stream in the olive oil while the processor runs until combined. 
  3. Add the cottage cheese to the food processor and pulse again until smooth and fully combined.
  4. Season with salt and pepper, and adjust seasonings as necessary. Serve with chips or crudité.
