Ingredients

13 garlic cloves, minced, plus 2 more for grating (If you’re a garlic girl, you need this)

1/4 cup olive oil

4 cups broccoli (about two small heads), chopped

2 cups dried cavatelli

4 cups vegetable broth (or another of your choice)

1/4 cup nutritional yeast—this makes it creamy!

Juice of half a lemon

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

1/2 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon salt
Directions
Heat a large pot over medium heat and add the olive oil. Add the garlic to the pan and sauté for 2-3 minutes. Add the dried pasta to the garlic and stir.
- Add the broth to the pot. Bring to a boil and let the pasta cook for about 5 minutes. Add broccoli to the pot and cover. Cook for another 5 minutes.
- Stir in the onion powder, garlic powder, nutritional yeast, and salt.
- Grate 2 cloves of garlic into the pot and add the lemon juice. Stir to combine. Enjoy!
