One-Bowl Tahina Cookies Recipe

Baked by Melissa just released new gluten-free flavors, and to celebrate I decided to make nutty, delicious, gluten-free cookies! At the end of the day I always crave a bite of something sweet, and these cookies require only a few pantry ingredients and can be mixed together in one bowl. I was blown away by how good they are—if you love little bites of sweetness, make these ASAP.

Ingredients for One-Bowl Tahina Cookies

  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup tahini paste
  • 1/4 cup date caramel

How to Make One-Bowl Tahina Cookies

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  2. In a large bowl, mix together the egg, maple syrup, tahini, date caramel, oat flour, salt, baking soda, and baking powder until everything is well combined.

  3. Use a 1” scoop to portion the dough onto the baking sheet. Sprinkle the tops of the dough with sesame seeds.
