What to Make this Weekend

I can’t get enough. Now’s the best time to make simple recipes that highlight nature’s flavors. You don’t need to go crazy to create something truly mouthwatering—all you need is a little olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper to make a salad you’ll love. Or a spread of mayonnaise on fresh sourdough with THICK tomato slices. There’s more inspo for you below!
We’re redoing my kids’ rooms right now—the whole place is chaos. I painted my youngest’s dresser and got these knobs for it and this mirror to go over it. I can’t wait to share more with you!
Just restocked my sunscreen—I especially love this mousse and this stick.
More GroundUp just arrived, too! I really love the Cinnamon Snickerdoodle. It’s great on a rice cake or to make stuffed dates! Use code MELISSA10 for 10% off your first order.
The perfect dinner side to add to a bowl later in the week. Add fresh herbs if you’re growing any.
With thick slices of tomato, duh.
Serve it on toast, with chips, or with pita. I love how simple this recipe is.
This is one of my favorite recipes from Come Hungry, and now’s the perfect time to make it.
