Maple Tahini Crisp

Directions

1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and preheat the oven to 350°F.

2. In a large bowl, whisk together the maple syrup, tahini, olive oil, cinnamon, vanilla, and salt.
3. Fold in the Rice Krispies and mix gently to cover them completely with the wet ingredients.
4. Put the mixture on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes, until golden and bubbling.
5. Let cool completely, then break into smaller pieces to snack on. Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to a week.
