Purple Potato Chips

Whether you’re craving salty, crunchy potato chips or just have a lot of potatoes you don’t know what to do with, these homemade purple potato chips take only about 30 minutes from start to crunch. Most of the time with my recipes a mandoline is a “nice to have,” not necessarily a MUST, but to get your potato slices extra thin without driving yourself crazy I would definitely recommend investing in one.
