Green Goddess, Crispy Leaf, & Bowery Grain Bowl: Powered by Bowery Farming

Order three of my favorite salads now from Hungry House with greens from Bowery Farming.

I’m very careful about the greens and vegetables I buy to serve my family. I always try to buy organic produce and shop seasonally to avoid chemicals and get the best flavor possible.

That’s why my interest piqued when I heard about Bowery Farming, a leader in vertical indoor farming. The greens are grown in smart indoor farms, allowing them to stay pesticide-free and use less water. Since they’re delivered within days of harvest, they stay fresher longer—a must when you’re a busy mom like me.

We partnered with Bowery Farming to create a few of my favorite recipes, below. But if you’re in NYC, you can order all three of them for pickup or delivery from Hungry House. I have to say, the freshness of the greens make the flavor even more enjoyable and tasty. I hope you love it as much as I do.

My favorite salads, powered by Bowery Farming

GREEN GODDESS SALAD

A tried-and-true favorite (honestly! more than 22 million people on TikTok have watched my video on it), now made with fresh Bowery Basil.

Light, crisp, and refreshing. Made with Crispy Leaf Lettuce from Bowery Farming and topped with irresistible savory granola.

My go-to recipe for fall! Hearty Baby Kale from Bowery Farming paired with filling quinoa and roasted fall vegetables, topped with miso vinaigrette.

Did you order (or make) one of these salads? I want to know! Tag @bakedbymelissa on Instagram or TikTok to share.
