Baked by Melissa x The Center: Help Create a Sweet, Inclusive Future

To celebrate Pride, Baked by Melissa is proud to collaborate with The Center and support its efforts that focus on providing the LGBTQ communities of NYC advocacy, health and wellness programs, arts, entertainment and cultural events, as well as recovery, parenthood, and family support services.

As the CEO of an NYC-based business, I’ve always seen the annual Pride March as an incredible celebration of the LGBTQIA+ community around me and its resilience in the face of oppression. For the 9th year in a row, 10% of net proceeds from all Pride cupcakes will be donated to the LGBT Community Center of New York. This limited-edition assortment will be available fromMay 16 to July 2.

Celebrating Pride month every June gives us the opportunity to commemorate the past and look ahead to the future. But if you’re familiar with the Baked by Melissa brand, you know that we celebrate living a sweet, colorful life filled with kindness year-round.

To add extra festivity to your Pride celebration, we’re happy to offer a limited-edition assortment of rainbow cupcakes, available in a wide variety of sizes, including 50- and 100-Packs that are perfect for entertaining. These assortments will also be available at our stores in NYC throughout June, so pick one up if you’re in town for the march on June 30.

Like our other assortments, the Pride pack comes in a rainbow of colors, but features a Pride band and supports The Center. Baked by Melissa has supported the NYC-based nonprofit, which is dedicated to supporting the LGBTQIA+ community, since 2015.

Happy Pride Month! The future is up to all of us—let’s make it a sweet one.
