What I'm Loving

You shouldn’t buy more stuff unless you need it. I get asked all the time for specific recommendations, so here are my favorites that I continue to buy more of or can’t live without. Feel free to leave a comment or drop a note in the chat if you’re ever looking for something not linked here! I always want to share the things I genuinely use and love.

Kitchen Tools

NutriBullet - The small blender I use for quick dressings and sauces.

Waring Commercial Grade Blender - This is an investment but I’ve used mine at least once or twice a day for 9 years.

Cutting Board - I love this cutting board. It doesn’t warp and can go in the dishwasher.

Fish Spatula - I use this all the time, especially with stainless steel pans.

Tongs & Mini Tongs - Tongs are one of my go-to kitchen tools for everything from searing meats to making toast.

Slotted Spoon - A must-have for soup season.

Spatula - I love this one for sautéeing onions.

Ladle - Adi found this one which skims the fat off the top of soups and stews. It’s great.

Silicone Spatulas - Perfect for scraping bowls and jars.

Jar Opener - You’ll never need help opening a jar again.

Chip Clips - They take no space and keep everything fresh.

Le Creuset Pepper Mill - I love how easy to use this is.

Smeg Kettle - You can have boiling water in 30 seconds with one of these.

Victorinox Paring Knives - We always have these on our counter.

Microplane - You need one.

Dish Towels - If you’re trying to use less paper towels, you need these. I just throw it over my shoulder and go.

Misen Knife - My current fave knife.

Shun Knife - My OG knife that people ask about all the time.

Thermapen - This is an investment but it makes taking meat temperature easy.

Juicer - Get the most out of your lemons. Groceries are expensive.

Ingredients & Supplements

Vanilla Paste - The number 1 question I get in comments and DMs is what vanilla I use. It’s the best.

Ground Up Cinnamon Snickerdoodle Nut Butter - I swear by this cashew/almond butter, made by a female-founded company in Oregon. And they gave me a discount code for you! Use code MELISSA10 for 10% off your first order.

Kosterina Green Goddess - I worked with the Kosterina team to create this incredible oil inspired by the Green Goddess.

Metagenics - These keep me sane (IYKYK).

KOS Spirulina Powder - I don’t use this every day, but it encourages me to drink more water when I do.

Gruns Gummy Bear Vitamins - I got these for my kids to give them extra vitamins.

Re-Lyte Electrolytes - These are made with my favorite salt and boost immunity while hydrating.

Turmeric Pills - I’m convinced these pills are why my skin glows.

Gaia Herbs Quick Defense - Our local medicine man recommended this for us to take whenever we feel a cold coming on. It’s expensive but it works.

Osea - My hands get so cracked and dry especially in winter because I do dishes all the time. This is a lifesaver.

Bonafide Bone Broth - My secret for adding extra protein to meals.
