It’s crazy that we just cooked a whole feast and are still expected to cook, right? Crispy Salmon & Herby Salad

This has become a mainstay in our house ever since I made it with Geoffrey Zakarian. I like to make a grain to pair with it (most often, rice, farro, or bulgur).

So easy to make and only one pan to clean. (Plus, if you still have leftover green beans you can toss them in.)
