It's Condiment Salad Summer

Salad is the most exciting dish you’re not using enough of. If you have my book, you know that I love small salads—they’re great to put on top of sandwiches, pitas, in bowls, or on top of other salads. These simple recipes highlight one ingredient (beets, carrots, corn, etc.), add a bit of flavor and a burst of acid, and then you’re ready to go ahead and put them over everything. You just got more veggies and flavor on your plate in one easy spoonful!

  • If you’re thinking ahead for back-to-school, this is the backpack I love (for me!). We also just got my girls new backpacks from Little Chicken (they’re having a sale!).

  • I’ve bought this Reformation dress in two colors, black and blue floral (they call it lupine). It’s a great summer dress to wear just about anywhere! The black would be great for a summer wedding.

  • Baked by Melissa loyalty members can still save 15% on all orders! It’s my go-to dessert for summer parties or whenever I visit friends.

Condiment Salad

I have a similar recipe in my book, but this one has carrots for a touch of extra sweetness.

Supermodel Salad

For when you want the taste of Green Goddess with about a 1/3 of the chopping. 😅

Green Goddess Guac

The perfect dip/salad. Eat with chips, serve on tacos, spread over toast. It can do no wrong.

Another Slaw

Take your condiment salads to the next level and build a full slaw—packed with herbs and great for piling on top of sandwiches.
