Pancakes for Everyone

Last week, I made pancakes with Al Roker. Al Roker was in my kitchen!

I grew up with Al in my living room. We used a recipe from his new cookbook where he mixes the chocolate chips right in. It was a new one for me, and we had so much fun.

I rarely make the same recipe twice, so I have many recipes from making pancakes on the weekend with my girls. But I’d rather have pancakes for dessert than breakfast with a big scoop of chocolate ice cream on top. Try it, you’ll love it.

Tip: These freeze so well and are perfect for packing in lunchboxes throughout the week.
