Posted: | Categories: Substack Archives | Tags:substackWe love baking cookies. It’s a holiday tradition I’ve adopted (even though I’m Jewish) because I love it so much. Last weekend, my oldest was seeing Wicked with Adi, so it was my turn to spend quality time with our youngest. Obviously we baked.
My favorite cookies to make are sugar cookies, because you can double (or triple) the dough recipe and create so many special cookies. It’s also what I make gingerbread houses with—it tastes better. But when you’re baking a lot of treats, it’s important to diversify and make some easy recipes so you don’t go crazy.
As you get ready for your favorite holiday traditions—whether they include baking or not!—these recipes are the perfect way to get into the holiday spirit and spend time with your family.
